National American Miss Pageant Prep Update

We are one week from Pageant weekend and I have been busy!!

I have been busy raising donations from my sponsors and other preparations for my pageant weekend the last few months. I have also started getting more involved with Corrie’s House, a non-profit organization that supports women and young girls who have been victims of sex trafficking in Minnesota. I’ll add their website link below so you can learn more about their Christ-centered mission.

This pageant includes four required competitions for each contestant:

•Formal Wear (30% of overall score)

•Personal Introduction (30% of overall score)

•Interview (30% of overall score)

•Community Service Involvement (10% of overall score)

I have finalized both my formal gown and personal introduction outfit. Both of which fit my personality perfectly! My overall aesthetic for my attire is timeless elegance. I can’t wait to share my outfit details with you all after the pageant weekend! I have been practicing my walk for the formal contest and finalizing my resume for the interview contest. I am also going thru the final edit of my personal introduction.

I have also collected a handful of children’s books to donate for the community service involvement portion.

There are also several optional contests that contestants can participate in. I have decided to participate in the following optional contests as well:

•Photogenic

•Talent

•Screen Test

•Social Media Correspondent

•Top Model Search

I am so excited for the weekend and getting to meet everyone!
