The past few weeks I have been hustling to get all my documentation completed before I depart from Germany. I’ve been working on getting my applications completed for my visas, registering for my courses, buying textbooks and getting my air fare organized and confirmed. It has been very stressful, especially with the visa process. I am going through Travisa for my required visas and they have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their customer services are always available and boy did I utilize them with all the questions I had. I have also been looking into extra field trips I can participate in while we’re at ports and there are so many exciting and beautiful destinations and sights to see, I have no idea how I’m going to narrow down my choices!
I am so excited that my momma gets to fly out to Germany with me and see me off! She also gets to attend Semester at Sea’s Parent’s Bon Voyage Reception in which she will tour the vessel and attend a dinner and info meeting regarding my upcoming semester. I was nervous about flying internationally alone so being able to have my momma coming with me is such a blessing! And I also get to spend a few more days with her 🙂
